Funding for language software development

I have designed a pronunciation software program that I believe will be of immense value to language learners, the deaf and other people with oral/aural communication difficulties. I am looking for a grant to develop the product to the
commercialization stage. All of the funding opportunities I've investigated are limited to educational or non-propfit organizations, require U.S. residency, the R&D work must be done in the U.S., and they don't fund development of products
for commercial marketing, none of which applies to me.

If anyone could advise me of any resources I might explore, that don't have the above eligibility requirements, I would be most grateful to hear from you.
