I don't know what your students age or levels are but some of the best interactive websites for students are children's websites. In English of course.
Try:
www.nickjr.com
www.sesamestreeet.com
www.noggin.com
www.scholastic.com/kids/
They have games, interactive stories and more.
They can be used by younger children and adults. Younger children enjoy the games and activities. Adults can enjoy the fun and the fact that they are learning. For teenagers i would search for some different sites.
I hope that helps.
