Using computers in ESL teaching in Russia

Dear Colleagues,
my name is Tatyana and I work as a teacher of English in Russia. I also do my research work in the field of using computers in teaching process.
I need your help. As this field is not very well developed in Russia, we don't have literature and it's rather difficult to find anything.
In brief. I have a multimedia linguaphone class with lots of computers. The soft for it is made in Russia and it doesn't work very good. I want to know more about different programs existing in different countries and I'd also like to find different articles in this field. I'm especially interested in teaching phonetics.
From my part I promice to share the materials I have with you )))))
