WANTED: SENTENCE SCRAMBLER COMPUTER SOFTWARE
Posted: Fri Jul 04, 2003 11:14 am
Hey Gang,
I'm looking for a sentence scrambler software program that I can use on my computer to create worksheets or quizzes and the likes. I don't want use any web based Java sites. I am more than willing to purchase a software program that can do what I need. The program should do the following:
1. Take any sentence I enter and scramble it up, including punctuation.
2. Students will have to write the correct order of the sentence in a blank next to or under the scrambled up sentence.
3. I should be able to adjust the font style, size, etc. Print out worksheets for the kids and print out teacher keys.
There is a program that I purchased a couple years ago and it is super duper! It's called Wordsheets by Qualint. (http://www.Qualint.com) Unfortunately, they don't have the option of sentence scramble. They have crossword maker, word search, and word scramble options. I am able to keep my list of words for the different levels and classes I teach so I can save time whenever I need them again. It's great and has been well worth the small fee. Check it out.
Please point me in the right direction for a program similar to this.
Thanks,
