Identity issues in computer mediated communication

hi guys...am interested to know your opinions/views about identity issues in computer mediated communication. Given the fact that communication is done in the absence of face-to-face aspects, what are issues arising? What are the contributing factors? What factors influencing? Thanks for you reply!
