Want to buy CALL for Thai Hospital

I am assisting a hospital in Thailand become English ready and one of my reponsibilties is to purchase CALL for the doctors and nurses. The software does not need to be medically centered but directed mainly for low levels of English abilities.
I am looking to purchase hardware too.
