How much time needed to teach Cambridge Movers & Flyers?

I am teaching p.5 & 6. Most of the students are okay, however, when it comes to speaking and asking questions and ofcourse listening, they are not that great. In p.6 some of the students are pretty weak at the language.

Can anyone suggest how many hours are needed in order to teach movers and flyers? At the moment, the school has granted 12hours, but it seems it's not enough especially when u have to make the lesson interesting by playing games, doing group work etc.

I would appreciate if anyone out there can advice the no. of hours and any other methods so that I can finish the whole syllabus.
