Bilingual Paras

I work in a school that is 90% ESL and have several bilingual paraprofessionals that help in the classrooms. Teachers have asked me as the ESL teacher how they can best use the paras in their rooms. I am fairly new to the field and don't have any good answers for them. Any ideas?
