I wonder how these different elements fit together

I'm an English teacher in China. I've been teaching English for more than 10 years.
I know "curriculum development" is a large and complex concept.It includes all of the planned learning expierences in an educational setting.
Curriculum has 3 main subcomponents:syllabus design, methodology, and evaluation.
I wonder how these different elements fit together.
