Amish to Danish learners aged 15

Hi,
A group Danish learners aged 15 (pre-FCE level) would like to work with
THE AMISH as a theme in their lessons.
I've searched the net, but haven't really found that much.
any ideas?

What about looking under Pennsylvania Dutch? That's another name I remember the Amish being called.
