Whenz the best time to look for teaching job in Japan

Hi,

I'm new to teaching English.I'm gonna be in Japan for a month .I want to come there later in the year to stay for a couple of years .So I think teaching english will be a good option for financial support.Whenz the best time to hunt a job there and what to avoid.

Would love to have any suggestions you have.
