Negotiating Language Policies in Schools

In the Personalized Learning method of teaching it may be construed as time consuming for the teacher. If we look at the definition of the IEP it becomes imperative to differentiate instruction. Perhaps the model of individualized student performance should include the ESL student in a new way, not as a deficit but as a means to differentiate the needs of the individual student.
