Initiatives in e-learning in developing countries
I would like to know the new and latest initiatives in the field of e-learning for the common people in the developing countries. In a multilingual country like India, it is very difficult to launch any project for the community to provide them basic education trough e-learning. If anybody knows about the latest successful initiatives in this field, please share your experience/knowledge in this field.
