The 10 most fun of fun!
Ive been asked to do 7 to 10 lessons, seeing the same class about once a month. So I need to prepare lessons based on explosive fun. Fun fun fun. Can anyone give me a few pointers or suggestions to make the 10 most fun of all fun lessons? As only seeing kids once a month I want them simply to have a great time. I'll be teaching (playing with) grades 3, 4, 5, 6.

Maybe you could google birthday parties. They combine the most fun for a short time. I suggest animal balloons, magic tricks, making and playing
musical instruments, parachute games, play dough, bubbles including giant bubbles, co-operative games, a table games session or two, big mural paintings, and a final party. Themes are great and the birthday party sites should you provide you with lots. Keep on talking and talking while you are doing everything. Tell the students what you are doing and they are doing and encourage the good ones to ask and answer questions.

I've found songs work well, esp. if they involve clapping, stamping, or other things the kids can do even if they aren't comfortable. Just having a big personality helps a lot, too- no matter how fun the lesson is, if you're too tired the kids will pick up on it. I'm always over the top- big gestures, silly voices, funny faces. How old are the kids?
