Hi! İve taught lots of little ones and have never used a text book . Try visiting www.enchantedlearning .com. There are loads of activities on a wide varıety of themes for young ones from pencil control to dinosaurs. Hope this is of some use and not too late....

Hi Theresa. I'm also interested but when I clicked on that link, I got a "Page not found" message. I'd love to hear from you.

Hi!
İ dont know why you couldnt get it as İ use it frequently-yesterday for example. İts worth its weight in gold so dont give up! Have checked the spelling and its right. Try going thru msn or yahoo.

Another good site

İve found another good site for young learners: www.learningpage.com. Unlike Enchanted Learning where you download about half the materials on offer without paying to become a memeber ( well its only 20 usd but İ havent worked out how to do it yet and İ dont like the whole paying on the net thing) on this one you just register and its free. You could also try looking up www.sitesforteachers.co (or maybe .com. ) where there are web page listings for loads of sites for teachers but iİ havent had the patience to trawl thru many of them. Another one for British teachers is www.teachingıdeas.co.uk.
A plea: does anyone have an idea of where to look on the web for interactive mini beast activites? :D
