Textbook for children in developing country

Have done some searching, but not finding what I seek.
Looking for a textbook series for children living in poverty in a developing country, i.e. Ethiopia.
Being new in the EFL field, I'm not entirely sure what it is I'm looking for, frankly, but I do seek a textbook in which there:
Are more characters who look like the Ethiopian students;
Are some agrarian milieus;
Is modest housing among the more upscale housing;
Are more budget-level public transportation examples, e.g. tuk-tuks and mini-buses
More open-market bazaars or tiny convenience stores than supermarkets
.. you get the idea
This ideal textbook series would also have great audio resources to supplement local teachers who may need some pronunciation help. (Ensuring the possession of the player devices is another issue, but ...)
AND while the ideal textbook series might have, say, both a student book and a workbook, ONLY the workbook would require the students to color or otherwise mark in the book. This would let parents hand down at least one book to a younger sibling (who needs the same books in the following year/s) rather than have to buy two books for a younger sibling.
Thanks for your help.
