Hello,

I am going to be moving to Taiwan shortly and have set up a few interviews with local schools. I have absolutely no teaching experience. The schools want a teaching demonstration and I'm unsure of what approach I should take. If anyone could provide information, I'd be grateful. Oh, I will be teaching elementary or kindergarten students.

Thanks!

If I were you I would look on Google for such things as "esl" in combination with "lesson" and/or "elementary." You will find lots of ideas from which you will use not only for the mini-lesson but for everyday stuff in class. You will do fine.
Once you find out what level the demonstration is for, pick something that should be taught at that level and look for a specific esl lesson on that. You can't miss. If you are having trouble deciding the what and how you are going to teach the lesson (or what is known as the "objective"), then browse through the lessons you find on various esl teaching sites.

once again possible Google search strings: esl, lesson, elementary, kindergarten

The best advice I think I can give you is to be confident.
