One off lesson help

Hi,
I'm teaching in China, I teach kindy kids, teachers from the countryside who come to the city to learn English and I also teach several 1 - 2 - 1 classes.
My problem is that sometimes I go teach at primary and middle schools in the countryside. These lessons are one-offs, i.e. I'll teach them once and probably never see them again. The thing is I think
these lessons are getting worse and worse. I need some games and activities to put the spark into the lessons. The primary classes aren't so bad because I can upgrade some of the kindy games, but the middle school lessons are lacking. The class sizes range from 40 to 80 and there are usually a lot of Chinese English teachers there to learn from the foreigner. Does anyone have any games or activities that could help?
Thanks in anticipation
