typical day

I am a NJ teacher and am interested in becoming esl certified b/c we have a great increase in esl students our classrooms. Classes are expensive so I was hoping someone would tell me what is required of teachers in NJ school districts. Could you explain a typical day as an esl teacher? (as if there is a typical day as a teacher haha) Thanks !!
