looking for curriculum

Hello,
New teacher here with a CELTA from IH in Budapest a few months ago, and now find myself suddenly teaching at a primary/secondary (age ranges from about 10 - 15) and am the only native english speaker! I am the staff at this point. Great experice lies ahead of me, but a little overwhelmed as to where to start. I have six classes, all different ages/levels. They are bright students, but up until now learning English has consisted of filling in workbooks (that might have already been filled in!) and just kidna going through the motions. Grammar is wanting, as is meaning. They have good pronunciation skills, and can read fairly well (just don't understand what they're reading!),
I've browsed this board, and learned that recycling an already existing curriculum is a great way to start. I tried googling but didn't get anywhere.
Can anyone point me to an existing curriculum I can just download, and tweak a little bit to fit my students needs and levels?
Sounds a lot better than starting from scratch...
Thanks,
Scott
