what do we call these types of classroom types..?

Hi,
I wonder if you can help me to get the right terminology that describe he following:
- a classroom that is assigned for a certain group of students the whole year . teachers are the ones to visit the classes to deliver lessons ,wheras students sit in the same classroom.
- each teacher has his own classroom where students visit to have lessons.
