According to me, using project in class is an excellent way to teach English. However, when you are planning your project, you have to take into account the level of your students. Working with projects can be really motivated for the students, however like every other kind of activities, if it’s too complicated or if the different tasks to do are not well explicated, than your students will lose interest in the project.
I think that to do a project with your students an excellent organization is required. It is also a good idea to have an example of each task with you when you give your explanation; so the students are able to figure out what they must have done at the end of the task. I will repeat it again, because if you want to have a positive experience whit this teaching strategy it is the secret; an excellent planification is definitely the secret.
