Do you have an inclusive classroom?

Post by Lupinn86 » Wed Feb 18, 2009 5:29 pm

Hi everybody, I'm new to the forms and I am interested in learning more about inclusive classrooms. By no means do you have to answer each one if you don't want too. Thank you so much!

1. How many students do you teach during the year?

2. How many of those are diagnosed with special needs?

3. How were those students diagnosed?

4. Do you use the IEP’s for curriculum development?

5. What effective strategies have you developed in order to assist your special needs students successfully?

6. How do you handle the relationships between your regular students and your special needs students?

7. Does your time teaching suffer because you have special needs students?

8. How do you manage cultural issues with special needs students?

9. How do you manage special needs students on test days?

10. What effective ways have you experienced in working with families of special needs students?

11. How do you handle students of neglect, abuse, and incarcerated parent?
