Hi,
Has anyone ever taught english as a support for those doing a foundation course for a maths degree?
Besides giving help with vocabulary for mathematical symbols, are there any other ideas?
Any suggestions welcome!

should give you access to a wide range of math-sites in English, on all conceivable levels.
You might want to have them work on math-problems slightly below their level, just to the extent that they understand what's being demanded, and that they can come up with an outline of a plan as to how they would tackle the problem.
If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me. I'm a math graduate currently teaching English.
