Practical English - dry cleaners etc.

Hello

I have a high level private student who wants to practice English for practical situations, specifically going to the dry cleaners.

We have just had a lesson on giving directions, which went really well, and I am planning a realistic restaurant lesson using real menus, but I've never even been to a dry cleaners and just have no idea what to teach her!

Any tips? Any one know any sites with pre-made exercises/worksheets I can use? I'd appreciate any input!
