I've been looking for some sources of material for receptionists, which I thought would be easy to find, but haven't had much luck.

Does anyone know of any books or sources of worksheets?

Thanks but their budget wouldn't stretch to signing them up for a specific external course, if that's what you mean.

They have the materials though. Of course, you will have to pay for them.
