Construction and manufacturing terms

Hello,
One of my students recently took me on a guided visit of his workplace. He is a plant manager in a factory. Additionally, the area around the factory is undergoing construction works. He showed me around the plant and the construction site. Whereas I knew some of the basic words, I was helpless when it came to more specific terminology. Does anyone know of resources (internet or other) where I might be able to find such terminology (concerning machines, materials, manufacturing processes etc).
