TESP certificate courses.

Hi all, currently studying for my TEFL certificate after which I had hoped to do my TESP certificate and one other. It seems that TESP will not be running due to lack of interest, does anyone know a school that offers this course? Hoping to find one in Thailand or Indonesia, many thanks.
