I need help in the below invitation card for my twin babies first birthday. which i have combined with one i got on the internet. The last lines are not going with the whole invitation please help since i want them to be in the invitation. its that my father has twin daughters and now i have twin daughters too. Please help in getting in correct.

then sit and stand
And we can walk if you hold our hand

As we are turning ONE.

We are proud to say that we are twin sisters by following the legacy of our grand parents - Disha and Drishti Dt: 28th January 2007"

It's actually you who are continuing the tradition of having twin girls. You could say something like

"Drisha and Drishti are proudly continuing the family tradition of twins. The birthday celebration will be on ________________."
