Have taught in the plywood and paper industry for the past 9 years and decided it was time to move on!
New contracts have come from the pharmaceuticals industry so now I'll spend a good chunk of my summer preparing.
Anyone have any good/great resources to share?
Ta in advance,
Cory

I taught ESP at a major pharmaceuticals firm in Germany for several years. I discovered that most of the pharmaceuticals journals are written in English by Americans or Brits, and that the German students often needed to read them. So that would be a good resource to turn to from time to time: find something pertinent to their work in one of these journals (which they probably subscribe to), simplify if necessary, and use it to test vocabulary, idioms, grammar, comprehension, etc.
Lots of business web sites have sub-sections devoted to news about the pharmaceuticals industry. Also, the online Wall St. Journal will let you search for news by industry (although you'll need an annual subscription to do this).

There are some resources here I made for the nursing college I work at

I'm a pharmacist and I have done a few more things in the area of dispensing medication, describing the medication use, and side-effects, but I haven't gotten that much up on the site. Maybe 2008 is the year.
I hope that helps.
