How to conduct a pratical english trainging?

Can anyone give more specific and efficient means to how to conduct the english trainging in hotel 
The HR organaized some trainging courses on this, even spend money sending certain persons who are native speaker and have been teaching in english trainging school for years. However, it is not very effective at all. The courses are too general to focus on everyone's real job in hotel.
