I want to organize an intensive course for people who travel

Most of my adult students are retired and want to learn English for their travels. I see the need for an intensive course specifically for this purpose which would probably run for a week I already have a few ideas on lesson content but would love to hear suggestions from somebody who has already done this. I searched the forum topics but didn't find anything specific.
