I am looking for materials to put together a program for gastronomy students at the intermediate - advanced level. Does anyone know of any good resources?

Food for Thought

There a few food-related lesson ideas at MacMillan's Global site, including the one on Food Prices, which I've written for them this week - might possibly be of use.

A few of my podcasts might also be relevant:

Diet drinks & obesity
Breakfast keeps teenagers lean
Research into obesity
Benefits and risks of chocolate
Developing low-glucose foods

And have a look through the various resources at British Council Teaching English

bon appetit!
