Hi, Everyone! I need help regarding the topic on "HOW TO EVALUATE ESL TEACHER COMPETENCIES?" Our school is evaluating all english teachers, and would want to have a basis on how to assess the competencies of the ESL teachers regarding the four basic skills such as: reading, writing, talking and listening. Is there is a specific website for tests or quizzes to assess the competencies of ESL teachers? It sounds like you want to test basic English rather than teaching skills, so why not simply give them a TOEFL test?
