Lolwhites is emigrating again

Post by lolwhites » Sat Jul 23, 2005 6:51 pm

I kind of half let the cat out of the bag in my last post...

This is just to let you all know I just left my job in Cambridge, UK and the next time you see my profile it'll read Location: Paris, France. Basically I'm joining my French partner and will take up a teaching post in a University near Paris this September.

My PC gets shipped out Tuesday and I move out Wednesday. I don't know how long it'll take to get the Internet connection up and running so don't be surprised if I go a bit quiet from Tuesday.

Have a hot chocolate and croissant for me. I miss those Paris cafes. Have you ever been on the sewer tour under Paris? I think it starts from under one of the legs of the Eifel Tower. It was fascinating. Bon Chance.
