Respected readers,
I want to get a PhD degree in Linguistics. My question is whether i should get it in Applied Linguistics or Theoritical.
Plz tell what should be my specifics in this area which has a good future scope and developmental chances,
Thanks,

Just avoid any field that involves English spelling, punctuation or collocation.

Do research into what you're interested in. If you're not interested in anything, get a job at a call centre.
