Not the right... Way!

Post by zen » Thu Apr 20, 2006 5:53 pm

I recently co starred in a Tv program called Kevins Way, produced by Chilecorto for Chilean cable TV and owned by the Chilean-Britannic institute.

The straw that broke my camel's back is when the South African scriptwriter was forced to alter the script by the institute from:

Well, I am meeting Bernadita at the doctor's at midday...

TO

Well, I am meeting Bernadita at the doctor at midday...

I informed her that it was incorrect and she told me that the institute had forced her to change the script from what we and 99% of the world think is correct English to a form that is not and these people teach English!!

I also do not recommend anyone works for the producer in question: Chilecorto, the list is a long one, shall we just say that! Anyone seeking further details can contact me

Below is the link to the program'S web site.
