Tips for ELT writers

Post by alexcase » Wed Apr 16, 2008 1:56 pm

I've written quite a lot about becoming an ELT writer on my blog. You can see some of the entries here:

I'd also be very interested if anyone else would like to write a guest piece on the topic.

Hi Alex,

I'd be happy to contribute something to your blog on this subject. I've gone through the process of writing supplementary materials, then books for the schools I worked at, then managing my own materials resource site (www.EnglishRaven.com), and eventually writing a 20-book series for Pearson Longman which is now being distributed worldwide.

Let me know if you'd like a new perspective.

Cheers,

~ Jason Renshaw

Be it any kinda of writing, proofreading and citations are important. Since we refer to research papers and other online materials while writing, it makes sense to run our write ups through plagiarism checkers to avoid content duplication.
