Post by AlexZS » Thu Nov 20, 2003 4:29 pm

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to decorate a new English Activity room my school is implementing. Any and all ideas are welcome. Thanking you in advance.

Hi,

Contact the company that supplies your books. They usually have posters and other things that they give away for free.

Good luck,

Corey

Another interesting idea is to collect the students' well-done works, such as top 5 shape books chosen in the class, their make-wish cards, their creative compositions...etc.

Hi Alex,
First of all, I am so jealous!!
I have been fantasizing about an English room for 7 years and no luck.
This is what i would do: An audio corner with a few tape recorders where students can listen to stories and do assignments. I would hang up famous phrases or idioms. Joke of the month corner. News corner where groups of students could be responsible for different aspects of news around the world (fashion, politics...)
I can go on but i don't know if this is helping you, hope it does.
Good luck.
:D
