(S) In a movie or TV drama the justice was so clear, and it becomes the winner in most cases.

Can you accept my sentence above as English?
1: "In a movie or TV drama
2: the justice was so clear,
3: and it becomes the winner in most cases..."
No, this sentence presents several riddles to me!
a) Part no. 1 is sweeping, implying an all-time fact;
(the tense to be used is present tense);
b) but in part 2, same clause, you used the simple past tense, thus
implying that it refers to a specific drama shown in the past; it
can't be a specific drama though because you used an indefinite
article 'a' in part 1; does then this statement refer to ALL movies
or TV dramas shown in a past specified in another sentence?
Also, justice is uncountable, therefore you cannot use an article
in front of it.
c) In part 3, 'it' seems to refer to 'justice', although the verb 'becomes'
is used in the simple present tense, thus contradicting the assumption
that the statement is about movies and TV dramas set in the PAST.
This sentence needs some overhaul!
