Yeah, a right barrel of laughs. Beats sitting in alone wasting time on some web discussion forum.metal56 wrote:Nor I you. Hey, just think, if we all made indisicriminate use of the quote function from the very beginning of every thread, we could create a "russian doll" of chat each time, and waste oodles of cyberspace!

That's true, Babushka.fluffyhamster wrote:Yeah, a right barrel of laughs. Beats sitting in alone wasting time on some web discussion forum.metal56 wrote:Nor I you. Hmm, the options in the threads question are a bit polar/extreme opposites. In between, there are things like 'amused' and 'bemused':
intrigued---amused---bemused---irritated
I reckon I am amused by such quotes. Yes, that sounds better than 'intrigued' (I must confess I don't think there is a whole lot in them, it's not like I need MR to make me into a better person or anything), and than 'irritated' (at least I look at them and consider them, maybe I'll return to some of them later, it's just, they aren't a priority for me personally right now, and I just wonder what MR's priorities have always been!
