Great sites for songs and flash presentations

If you're lucky enough to have a computer and telly in your classroom these sites are great for songs with flash presentations.... You'll need to download a flash player to be able to watch flash presentations.

Visit:

www.4english.cn/intl.htm (check out MTV kids near the bottom)

There are two ways to save flash presentation that you come across on the web. Firstly you can download a flash capture program from the web. Secondly, your computer saves things like flash presentations temporarily to your 'Temporary Internet Files' folder which is located deep down in your 'Documents and Settings' folder. Just copy files from this directory into a permanent directory and then open flash files with Internet Explorer or Flash Player.

I've started using the songs I've found in my classes. The kids love reading the words at the bottom of the video and watching the animation often helps them to understand the meaning of the lyrics.
