What makes a good ESL teacher?

I have a got an interview on Tuesday for my first TEFL post, having just completed a PGCE.

What qualities should I forground in the interview and what teaching tehniques are particuatly applicible to ESL teaching?

Obviously I need to concentrate on my spelling before anything else :oops:
