after-service

Post by Itasan » Wed Jun 08, 2005 11:39 pm

In Japan, we use 'after-service' in the meaning of 'after-sales service'. E.g. "They provide excellent after-service", something like that.
Is it understandable?
Thank you.

If a context is established, for example if you are already talking about sales and you say "after service", it could be understood. However, it is far more common to say "follow-up" service
