_ underscore
x an "x" perhaps. I am not aware of a name for this sign.
÷ division symbol
= equals sign

I'm not sure if you wanted the underscore (_) or the minus sign (-)

I would say x is the "Times" sign, as in 8 x 2 = 16 [eight times two equals sixteen. But in measurements it is read as "By", as in: The table was 8 x 11 [eight by eleven].
