one question is : What is your guiding philosophy regarding teaching of university students?

any suggestions?

Joining a university is not all about learning college courses. A big part in a university is the level of professionalism.

When I was in college, I learned to deal with other people. I also learned about how to learn for myself. My professors taught us how to be independent and adaptable to every changes that may happen. As of now, I feel comfortable with what I learned.

I think, the guiding philosophy of my professors is to not only teach students about the course, you also have to incorporate insights that widen the wisdom of the students.
