You have to be a bit more specific. What do you want to optimize ? Holidays - KFUPM. Money - maybe BAe. It is more complex than a simple list from best to worst.
Why are you coming to Saudi Arabia ? What are your goals, medium and ling-term ? |

BAE have not hired anybody for ages over a year and the new BAE package is a lot less than previously.I beleive two thousand pounds a month instead of three thousand.The job is horrrible.I have a number of friends who work there.
The Damman job is not offering very good conditions or pay, less than BAE and KFUPM.
I don't know about IPA but
I think KFUPM would be the best bet. |

I too have heard that British Aerospace (BAe) is not as well-paid as it used to be. Like most military jobs it is supposedly pretty tedious stuff.
BAe, like Aramco, now use contractors to provide teachers. One result is that the salaries are lower than before. |
