Hi there,
I'm from Cyprus but I did my CELTA in Germany. There is a school in Nicosia offering the CELTA part-time and full-time in the summer, I suppose this is what you had in mind?
As for teaching, there are many private institutes, you would work mostly afternoons and evenings and teach mainly children and teenagers. It helps if you know Greek but I don't think it's a must.
There is also a number of private secondary schools and colleges, I'm not sure what their requirements are though.
