Thanks to everyone who showed an interest in the posts at Fleming this year. We are now fully staffed and ready for next year - once we have a decent holiday!
For future reference, we do most of our recruiting around October/November time. We look for a CV which details experience and a covering letter which tells us something more, something about you as a person and as a teacher. We prefer to appoint teachers who we can see in the classroom and speak to personally but if the right candidate applies from overseas we are happy to appoint without seeing them in action first. |

Absolutely. And really happy with the team I have for next year. Not only have we got some cracking teachers but we also have a group of nice people too. And one of them owns a bar as well! Can life can any better? |
