I worked at Al Hekma, which is owned and run by the same person/people and is attached to the University. Both schools are for-profit private schools and both have a reputation for being schools where you are just paying to earn your diploma. This is especially true for the Kuwaitis--check out the parking lot on the weekend.

Not sure about the teaching environment, but probably just as bad as Al Hekma.
